Two New Projects Underway For Markey Construction

We are thrilled to reveal that we are underway with two new fantastic projects!

First up is St Josephs, which involves remodelling and starting a refurbishment of St Joseph’s Care Home at Queen’s Road in Birmingham, including associated external works and drainage.

Our secondary project is Whites House. We are pleased to be working with Freeways on the redevelopment of Whites House in Bristol. The project includes the demolition of the existing building and the construction of two buildings that will provide supported living accommodation with associated staff accommodation, communal spaces, external works, drainage, statutory services, access, car parking and landscaping.
