Richard is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and joined Markey Construction in May 2010.  He has nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry and is in charge of directing the company’s operations to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently, whilst providing inspiration and guidance to the Markey Construction Team.  In his spare time, Richard enjoys riding his Motorbike and spending time with his family.

Mike joined Markey Construction in July 1995 and over the years developed his skills from Site Manager, Contracts Manager and became Operations Manager in 2022. Mike has amassed a wealth of knowledge over his 30 years in the industry and manages all activities involved in successfully completing projects for our clients.  In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Simon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and joined Markey Construction in January 1998.  He has over 30 years of experience in the industry and provides commercial support to the Markey Construction team using his extensive knowledge to manage contract negotiations, ensure the highest standards in our supply chain are maintained, and monitor projects from start to finish to ensure project budgets and best value for our clients is achieved.  In his spare time, Simon enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Alex is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager and joined Markey Construction in March 2023.  He has worked over the last 25 years within London and Bristol and brings a wealth of expertise in Development and Pre-construction. Alex lives in Bristol and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his family and coaching and watching cricket.
