Completion of Bath Road Redevelopment

We are delighted to announce that the redevelopment of our landmark site at Bath Road, Cheltenham is now complete!

The built site is a high-quality, mixed-use development, with 4,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and a mixture of one and two-bed apartments over the two upper floors. Fioro Lounge has now taken up residence on site and it’s great to see that it’s been a big hit with those that live in and around Bath Road.

Bath Road is a busy street within Cheltenham, with the site having constrained street access in an existing residential area.
